Position: Telecalling Executive

and natural technique that reduces stress, improves clarity, and enhances overall

well-being. To expand our reach, we are building a professional calling team that will

connect with interested individuals and guide them towards enrolling in our TM courses.

Key Responsibilities

? Make outbound calls to potential leads generated from ads, forms, events, and referrals and researched data.

? Explain the benefits of Transcendental Meditation and provide accurate course

details.

? Engage with prospects, answer their queries, and handle objections politely.

? Maintain records of conversations and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.

? Follow up with warm leads to ensure maximum conversions.

? Schedule and confirm appointments for attending introductory sessions and schedule meetings.

? Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, connections, and conversions.

? Share feedback from prospects to improve calling scripts and strategy.

Requirements

? Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.

? Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).

? Good listening skills, empathy, and a polite tone.

? Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.

? Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).

? Self-motivated and target-oriented.

? Prior experience in wellness, education, or course sales will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,134.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month
