We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Telecalling Executive

to join our team at

Acme Infomedia

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries professionally, and a strong drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain company products/services. Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information to customers. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates. Maintain and update customer databases with call details, feedback, and status. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients. Coordinate with the sales team for closures and appointments. Handle customer objections politely and professionally.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,162.31 - ₹15,000.00 per month
