Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make professional outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead sources. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate, engaging project information. Understand customer requirements regarding location, budget, and property type. Build rapport, handle objections, and maintain a positive customer experience. Qualify leads and schedule site visits with the field sales team. Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Coordinate with the sales team to track visit outcomes and lead progress. Update and maintain CRM with call logs, lead status, and customer feedback. Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to monthly sales goals. Share customer insights and market feedback with sales and marketing managers.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong persuasive, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities. Confident, energetic, and comfortable making high-volume calls. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools or Excel. Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined. 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Real estate calling experience highly preferred but not mandatory. Understanding of real estate market trends is an added advantage.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
