Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services. Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and courteous manner. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a record of calls and customer responses in the CRM system. Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
