The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication to convert them into sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Keep records of calls, sales, and useful information for reporting purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Personality:
Confident, polite, persuasive, and result-oriented.
Other Requirements:
Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in outbound sales, BPO, or customer support.
Knowledge of the industry/product being promoted.
Fluency in multiple languages (optional, based on target audience).
