Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote residential and commercial projects.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, and online platforms.
Explain property features, pricing, and location advantages to clients.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred).
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Real Estate experience is a plus).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc., as applicable).
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Salary:
?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (plus incentives based on performance)
