Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Experience: 1-3 years

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for logistics and freight forwarding services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.

Maintain a database of customer leads and follow up regularly.

Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clients.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients over calls.

Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

Record customer interactions and feedback accurately.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Care Executive.

Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi).

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Preference for candidates with logistics or service industry background.
