Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy products and installation services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations and maintain a strong lead database.
Schedule appointments for field sales teams and coordinate site visits.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and installation progress.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead status updates, and customer records in CRM systems.
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
Coordinate with the sales, installation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service -- experience in solar, renewable energy, or related sectors is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Good Communication Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
