Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
Explain matrimonial site services, membership plans, and benefits clearly to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Convert leads into paid memberships by building trust and rapport.
Follow up with interested clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call & sales targets.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/Excel.
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
