Air Ticketing Telecaller / Travel Consultant (Telecalling)
Job Summary:
The Air Ticketing Telecalling Staff is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and other travel-related inquiries. They must provide excellent customer service while assisting customers in booking domestic and international flights, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to potential and existing customers regarding flight inquiries.
Provide information about domestic and international flight options, fares, availability, and schedules.
Process bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and refunds.
Upsell travel-related services (meals, seat selection, baggage, insurance).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Follow up with clients for payment, ticket delivery, or confirmation.
Coordinate with airlines for special requests and changes.
Achieve assigned targets for sales or customer engagement.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi, language).
Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email,).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or air ticketing.
Freshers with good communication and interest in travel are also encouraged to apply.
Work Environment:
Office-based job; may involve shifts, especially during peak travel seasons.
Coordination with the travel desk or reservations team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
