Excellent

communication skills

in Hindi & English (verbal and written). Strong

convincing and negotiation ability

to handle customer queries. Knowledge of

sales, marketing, SIPs, mutual funds, and broker dealings

(preferred). Ability to

handle outbound and inbound calls

professionally. Good

listening skills

and customer-centric approach. Basic knowledge of

MS Office / CRM tools

. Ability to work under

targets and deadlines

. Positive attitude, patience, and

problem-solving skills

. Prior experience in

telecalling/inside sales/customer support

will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
