We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and promoting company products/services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client records, and achieving sales/communication targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer customer queries and provide detailed product/service information.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Support marketing and sales campaigns through telecommunication.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
