Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products/services, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries effectively.
Maintain and update customer database.
Follow up with clients to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telecalling or customer service experience (freshers may also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?8,875.22 - ?28,060.14 per month
