Client Relationship Associate

for an NGO-based calling process. The role involves connecting with donors and supporters over the phone, building trust, and maintaining long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential supporters Explain NGO campaigns and encourage contributions Maintain follow-up and relationship-building with contacts Keep accurate records of conversations and updates Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass qualification Good verbal communication skills (Hindi is a must; English is a plus) A positive attitude, empathy, and confidence on call Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM is an advantage
