We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls to customers, follow up on leads, provide information about our products/services, and generate appointments or sales opportunities. You should be confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Understand customer requirements and answer queries effectively.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, if required.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages].
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
