Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic

Customer Service Representative

with strong

calling

and

tele calling

skills to coordinate with our social media clients. The primary role involves

clients regularly to collect content (photos, videos, captions) and assist them in providing access to their Facebook and Instagram pages.

This is a client-facing

Key Responsibilities:



Perform

calling

and

tele calling

activities to connect with all social media clients. Collect content such as images, videos, offers, and promotional material through

and WhatsApp. Help clients provide access to their Facebook and Instagram accounts over

. Provide excellent client service by addressing queries and guiding them through technical steps over

calling

. Maintain regular follow-ups via

calls

to ensure smooth content delivery. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client inputs are shared in a timely manner. Maintain proper call logs, feedback, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in a
