Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively
Maintain a follow-up list and call potential leads as per schedule
Update call records and maintain accurate information in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with the sales or support team for smooth conversion
Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and meet call targets
Positive attitude and good listening skills
