Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Follow up on customer calls where necessary. Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus. Fluent English speaking should be compulsory. Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
