Novanectar Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic

Telecaller Executive

to join our customer engagement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries effectively. Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients. Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems. Achieve call targets and conversion goals as assigned. Handle complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Proven experience in a similar telecalling/customer service role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English and Hindi]. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and good listening skills.
