Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally
Explain products/services, offers, and benefits clearly
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up on customer inquiries and pending leads
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM or registers
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Handle customer objections politely and effectively
Schedule appointments or service visits when required
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
