Trinity International is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our Tours and Travels company. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide travel information, promote tour packages, and assist customers in planning their vacations and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound travel inquiries.
Explain and promote domestic and international tour packages, offers, and travel deals.
Maintain detailed knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, pricing, and company services.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing personalized travel recommendations.
Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients for feedback, payments, and documentation.
Maintain daily call reports and update the CRM system regularly.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in travel industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred).
Persuasive and confident in handling customer objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
