Tele Caller
to handle inbound and outbound calls, support admissions, and provide information to parents and students.
Qualifications Required
Intermediate / Graduation (Mandatory)
Prior experience in tele calling or front-office support preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Provide accurate information about admissions and institutional services
Maintain call records and follow-up details
Coordinate with concerned departments for inquiries
Support admission and enquiry-related activities
Key Skills
Clear communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle calls patiently and professionally
Basic computer and record-keeping knowledge
