Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and empathetic Tele-Counsellor to manage and schedule patient appointments through telephonic. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, guide patients about hospital services, and ensure a smooth appointment process. We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding hospital appointments.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per patient requests and availability.
Provide information about doctors availability, departments, and time slots.
Guide patients on required documents and preparation for consultations.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
Coordinate with hospital departments for appointment confirmation or changes.
Manage call professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi and Telugu)
Good listening skills and empathy toward patients.
Basic knowledge of healthcare services and hospital procedures is a plus.
Familiarity with computer.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
Intermediate (10+2) or Diploma/ Graduation in any stream.
0-2 years of prior experience in customer service or healthcare tele-counselling or eye hospital experience is a huge plus.
Work Type: Full-time / rotational Shift-based (7am to 4pm/ 10am to 7pm)
