to join our dynamic environment.
We are looking for a motivated and confident
Telecaller
with excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound/inbound calling, lead follow-ups, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our co-working services
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits
Maintain call logs, lead records, and daily reports
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for closures
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through strong communication
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Telecaller or similar role
Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred)
Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Positive attitude, patience, and confidence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
