- Lead Generation: Calling prospective students, promoting courses, and generating interest.
- Counseling: Providing information about courses, fee structures, and admission processes.
- Follow-ups: Tracking leads, following up with prospects, and converting them into admissions.
- Data Management: Maintaining student databases, tracking interactions, and updating records.
- Supporting Admissions Team: Assisting the admissions team with events, campaigns, and reporting.
