Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our broking firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to inform them about our services, understand their investment needs, and provide relevant information to assist with their financial decisions.

Graduate Freshers are welcomed.

Age limit - 20- 28 Years

Salary Range- 15,000 - 22,000 (Depending on your Interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote broking services. Explain the features and benefits of our financial products and services. Answer client queries and provide accurate information regarding investments. Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate. Assist clients with account setup and initial investment processes. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role will be preferred. Females preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
