As a Tele Calling Executive, you are expected to call and connect with prospective list of customers data and generate leads by providing information on offered products & services. Make outbound calls. Candidate must be energetic, persuasive with good communication and convincing skills. Aspirants having around 0-1 years' experience in Tele Calling or Telesales with Education, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate and other related industries would be preferred.

To do outbound calling, generate leads by calling the prospective customer data.
Should be comfortable in speaking over mobile with prospective customers.
. Should be able to call a minimum of 200+customers per day.
Cold calling, Counselling, Emailing, scheduling the meetings with prospects.
Guide, counsel and provide information on career development programs.
Targeting the right set of audience and ensure closures by continuous follow up.
Desired Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English.
Should possess good listening and customer handling skills.
Should be persuasive, patient, and persistent with a desire to excel in career.
Knowledge on computers and basics of MS-Office.
Career Path: Tele Calling Executive > Business Development Associate > Team Leader
Performers will be elevated to BDA position within first 6 months with revision in salary.
