Job Description

Call existing and new patients

to inform them about the hospital's

health membership plans / wellness packages

. Free consultation limits Discounts on lab tests / scans Dental / physiotherapy / specialist benefits Follow-up care & preventive check-ups

Help patients choose the right membership plan

based on their age, health needs, and frequency of visits.

Handle inbound queries

about membership pricing, duration, validity, renewal and usage.

Maintain a list of patients interested in memberships

and follow up regularly to

convert

to enrollments.

Record conversation details

and update membership call status in CRM / Excel.

Work closely with the front office & marketing team

to ensure smooth membership activation.

Send membership brochure details on WhatsApp / SMS

to patients and guide them in understanding benefits. Calls made Interested patients collected Memberships sold / activated

Educate patients politely and patiently

, ensuring clarity and trust.

Maintain patient confidentiality

and follow hospital communication ethics at all times.

Collect feedback

and report common patient concerns to the supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
