Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated

Telecaller

to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, explaining course details, and converting leads into enrollments. Your role will be key in supporting the academy's growth through effective communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Provide detailed information about aviation courses, admission process, and benefits. Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain lead records. Persuade potential candidates to visit the campus or attend counseling sessions. Maintain database and records of telephonic interactions and follow-ups. Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to student conversions. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for lead management. Handle basic inbound queries professionally.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
