Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in [English, Hindi, Telugu ].
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
