Job Summary: Global Coach Training Academy is seeking an energetic and self-driven

Telecaller

to join our team at our Manikonda branch. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and clients, explaining our coaching programs, and assisting in admissions and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals interested in coaching and training programs. Answer incoming calls and provide detailed information about our courses and schedules. Maintain a database of customer calls and responses. Follow up with leads through phone calls, messages, or emails. Convert inquiries into admissions by clearly explaining program benefits and features. Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for scheduling and enrollment. Provide excellent customer support and address queries professionally. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred. Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Prior experience in a similar role in the education or training sector is a plus.
