Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound and inbound calls to sell our services to NGOs Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions accordingly. Generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and follow up on prospects. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies and messaging.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Comfortable working in a structured, goal-oriented environment. Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
