We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and persuasive
Telecalling Executive
to join our tourism team. In this role, you will connect with potential travelers, explain tour packages, handle inquiries, and support customers through the booking process. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them choose the right travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce available tour packages.
Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about destinations, pricing, and itineraries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour options.
Follow up with leads, maintain call records, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to confirm reservations and share customer details.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
Maintain an updated database of leads, bookings, and customer interactions.
Achieve weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Promote company offers, discounts, and upcoming tours.
Qualifications
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (tourism experience preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain information clearly and confidently over the phone.
Basic knowledge of tourism packages, destinations, and travel processes (training provided if needed).
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or call management software (added advantage).
