? Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding CRM &
software products
? Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
? Identify customer needs and recommend suitable CRM or software solutions
? Generate leads and schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team
? Maintain accurate call records and customer details in the CRM system
? Follow up with leads and nurture prospects to conversion
? Handle inbound customer inquiries related to CRM & software services
? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets
? Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer requirements
? Address customer queries and provide basic product support information
? Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management
? Ensure proper data management and confidentiality of customer information
? Prepare daily call reports and performance MIS
