Capital Need is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele calling Executives to generate leads and support sales activities for various loan products. The role involves interacting with customers over phone calls, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through loan options.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
Handle inbound customer queries related to loans
Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales team
Maintain accurate customer details and call records
Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments
Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, and basic loan processes
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience in telecalling or tele-sales (preferably in finance or loans)
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems is an advantage
