Job Responsibilities:
Telecalling & Parent-Student Interaction
Call students and parents to inform them about GURUJEE courses and programs.
Counsel parents about admission procedures and fee structures.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain detailed records of conversations.
Data Management & Administrative Support
Maintain and update student enrollment details in the computer system.
Handle voucher entries and fee records.
Manage stock records for student books and materials.
Sales & Target-Based Incentives
Support admissions by achieving set targets.
Incentives will be provided for reaching a specific number of admissions.
General Office Coordination
Assist in day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with academic and support staff as needed.
