We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our IT organization. The role involves communicating with potential clients, explaining IT products and services, generating leads, and supporting the sales and business development team. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients and customers
Explain company IT services such as web development, software solutions, digital marketing, and other technology offerings
Generate and follow up on leads to support the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback
Understand customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the concerned department
Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Any Graduate
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
Prior experience in telecalling or IT sales is an added advantage
