The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting and converting sales leads generated through e-commerce platforms and social media channels. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their jewellery requirements, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up on customer leads generated from e-commerce platforms, website enquiries, and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs and offers. Convert enquiries into confirmed showroom visits or online sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or Excel. Coordinate with showroom sales teams for Click & Collect and customer appointments. Provide product details such as pricing, offers, schemes, and delivery timelines. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience. Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales conversion targets.

Job SpecificationEducation:

12th pass / Any Graduate

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support Experience in jewellery, retail, or e-commerce sales is an advantage Freshers with good communication skills may apply

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is a plus) Sales and persuasion skills Customer-handling and follow-up skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp tools)

Other Requirements:

Target-oriented and self-motivated Pleasant voice and professional attitude Willingness to work as per business requirements

Salary Range

?18,000 - ?25,000 per month

(Incentives applicable based on performance)
