Dr. Aravind's IVF is looking for a

Tele Calling Executive

to handle patient inquiries and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and have prior experience in tele calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and attend inbound patient calls Explain IVF treatments and services to patients Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism Schedule appointments and follow up on leads Maintain accurate call and patient records

Eligibility Criteria:

0.6 - 1 year experience in tele calling or customer support

Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory

Basic knowledge of computers Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in healthcare or IVF industry is an advantage Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
