Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, and sales support. Resolve issues promptly by providing accurate information on products or services
Required Skills
Strong communication in English and regional languages like Tamil, with clear speaking and listening abilities. Basic computer skills for data entry in Excel , plus patience and problem-solving under pressure. Familiarity with sales scripts and customer service metrics such as call handling time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
