Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele calling Executive with strong communication skills. Candidates who can speak multiple languages are highly preferred. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining services, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services. Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries. Maintain customer database and update records regularly. Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets. Prepare reports on calls and lead status.

Required Skills



Excellent verbal communication skills. Multi-language proficiency is highly preferred (Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, etc.). Strong listening and convincing abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software usage preferred). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Qualifications



Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience is mandatory.

Any degree/diploma is acceptable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
