Make

outbound calls/day

to registered gig-worker applicants within defined TAT. Connect with the applicant, leads that are provided, within

24 hours

of receipt. Follow approved calling scripts while maintaining a friendly, persuasive tone. Validate basic eligibility: Age, location, availability Vehicle ownership/license (if applicable) Smartphone & app familiarity And fix their schedule with the concerned team (details will be provided). Perform

follow-ups/day

for: Missed calls Incomplete applications No-show onboarding Accurately update applicant details in CRM/ATS daily. Track call outcomes, reasons for drop-outs, and joining status. Submit

daily and weekly MIS reports

as per format. Maintain

100% data accuracy

with zero duplicate or incorrect entries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
