We are hiring a Telecaller to handle customer enquiries for our real estate projects. The role involves speaking with potential clients, sharing accurate project information, and coordinating site visit appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
Explain project details such as location, amenities, and pricing.
Understand customer requirements and assess interest levels.
Schedule and record site visit appointments.
Follow up with potential clients as required.
Maintain call records and update daily reports.
Requirements
Good verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic awareness of real estate terminology is helpful.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Should be organised, patient, and goal-oriented.
Compensation
Monthly Salary:
?20,000 - ?25,000
(based on experience).
Additional performance-based allowances as per company policy.
