Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers and explain company products/services
Handle
inbound calls
, resolve queries, and provide accurate information
Generate leads
and follow up consistently
Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer information, and follow-up activities
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Schedule appointments for the sales team (if applicable)
Required Skills
Excellent
communication skills
in English & Tamil (or regional language)
Confident phone handling and active listening
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Qualifications
Any degree with good communication skills
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage
