Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role is an advantage.
Basic understanding of banking products and services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
