We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate sales, provide information, handle queries, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and close sales or set up appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the management team.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [languages required
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
