We are looking for a motivated Tele Calling Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with leads, and support the admission team by providing accurate information to students.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly.
Maintain call logs, follow-up lists, and enquiry records.
Handle WhatsApp and call-based enquiries professionally.
Schedule counseling appointments and coordinate with the academic team.
Achieve daily/weekly follow-up targets and maintain high-quality interactions.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer support.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude.
