We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Service Telecaller
to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to proactively contact existing and potential customers to schedule car service appointments, promote service packages, and ensure excellent customer engagement regarding their vehicle maintenance needs. This role is crucial for maximizing service bay utilization and ensuring customer retention.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Proactively contact customers from the existing database whose vehicles are due for routine service, repairs, or bodywork.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any immediate concerns.
Conduct 'lost customer' calls to re-engage clients who haven't visited for service recently.
Appointment Management:
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments accurately and efficiently using the dealership's scheduling system.
Manage the daily service appointment calendar to optimize workshop workflow and capacity.
Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Workshop Manager regarding the daily appointment load.
Service Promotion & Information:
Inform customers about current service promotions, seasonal offers, warranty extensions, and value-added services (e.g., car detailing, annual maintenance contracts).
Answer general customer inquiries regarding service hours, basic pricing, and available services.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about the service offerings, common repair procedures, and car maintenance schedules.
Data Management & Reporting:
Accurately record and update all customer interactions, call outcomes, and appointment details in the
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
software or internal database.
Generate daily/weekly reports on call metrics (volume, conversion rate) and appointment scheduling performance.
