Primary Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

: Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or offers.

Inbound Handling

: Receive calls from customers, address inquiries, and provide support or solutions.

Lead Generation

: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling or follow-ups.

Customer Follow-up

: Maintain regular contact with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

Database Management

: Update and manage customer information in spreadsheets accurately.

Feedback Collection

: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and understand market needs.

Appointment Setting

: Schedule meetings or demos for sales teams with interested clients.

Complaint Resolution

: Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate issues when necessary.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication

in the target language (English, Tamil, etc.)

Listening skills

to understand customer needs and concerns

Persuasion and negotiation

to influence buying decisions

Patience and empathy

for handling difficult or confused customers

Basic computer proficiency

for managing call logs and CRM tools

Time management

to handle high call volumes efficiently

Additional Duties

Daily reporting

to supervisors on call outcomes and progress

Meeting targets

for calls made, leads generated, or conversions

Team collaboration

to share insights and improve strategies

Training participation

to stay updated on products and technique
