Sales Caller - Aayushka Assisted Living (Chennai)

Aayushka Assisted Living is a premium elder care facility offering 24/7 medical and lifestyle support for senior citizens. We currently operate in Velachery and Pammal, Chennai.

Job Role:

We're looking for a persuasive and compassionate Sales Caller who will handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into scheduled walk-ins or admissions.

Responsibilities:

Call leads from Google Ads, website, and referrals Explain Aayushka's services (elder care, medical support, etc.) Address queries and build rapport with families Schedule facility tours and maintain call logs in Zoho CRM Meet weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:

Excellent communication in Tamil and English 1+ year experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support Familiar with CRMs or Excel Empathetic, confident, and goal-driven
Nice to Have:

Experience in healthcare, elder care, or hospitality sectors Working knowledge of CRM
